Barbara Ann Dahlstrom, 76, of Grand Forks, passed away Sunday, October 17, 2021 at Parkwood Place.

Barbara Ann Neil was born May 9, 1945 to Elmore and Mabel (Bateman) Neil in Grand Forks, ND.  She grew up and attended school in East Grand Forks which she called home for her entire life.

Barb enjoyed attending any family event where her contagious laugh made everyone smile. Her greatest joy was spending time with her extended family.

Survivors include her son Scott (Jill) Kiel of Thompson; grandsons Jacob, Adam, and Nicholas Kiel of Thompson; brothers Ray(Audrey) Neil and Jim(Sandy) Neil all of East Grand Forks; sisters Elenore Adair of Moorhead, Carole (Ron) Fayette of East Grand Forks, and Karyn (Rodney) Oian of Erskine; former husband Marvin Kiel of Grand Forks; nieces and nephews Dan, Mike, Shelly (Ron), Tim(Naomi), Jeff (Lisa), Doug, Nancy (Dennis), John, Sherry, Michelle (Dave), Tammy, Leeann, Jennifer, Joey (Lacy), Tina, Tricia, Travis (Jenny), Tammy Sue (Jesse), Mandy (Jeff) , Danny (Lane);  and several cousins, great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Elmore and Mabel, husband Marvin Dahlstrom, brother Robert Neil, brother-in-law Burt Adair, nephew Chris Neil, and friend Ray Dargon.
