Brian Kosmatka, 58, of Grand Forks, passed away unexpectedly, Friday, March 4, 2022 at Altru Hospital of Grand Forks.

Brian Arnold Kosmatka was born August 11, 1963 in Grand Forks, ND, to Arnold and Betty (Straus) Kosmatka.  He grew up in Grand Forks and graduated from Red River High School before serving in the United States Army. Brian was a laborer in the construction business and enjoyed the outdoors.

He is survived by his mother Betty Kosmatka, girlfriend Tami Enloe, brother Craig Kosmatka all of Grand Forks, nephew Alex Kosmatka of Minneapolis, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father Arnold Kosmatka, and sister Kim Kosmatka.
