Catarina Delgado, 87, of Grand Forks, ND died Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at the Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, ND.

Catarina Delgado was bon November 25, 132 in Praxis Guerrero, Mexico the daughter of Primitovo and Edwarda (Gonzalez) Sanchez. She grew up in Chihuahua, Mexico. She married Salamon Delgado. They moved to Minnesota where she worked for Kenneth and Elmer Larson Farms for many years. She then worked for JR Simplot for 25 years, retiring in 1998. She loved the outdoors and gardening.

She is survived by children Antonia Larson of Grand Forks, Alfredo Martinez of Grand Forks, Hope (Clark) Grazier of Ft. Worth, TX and Silvia Espinoza of Grand Forks, 13 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and numerous brothers and sisters. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Salamon, daughter Martina Milder, grandson Jeremy Larson, son in law Terry Larson and numerous brothers and sisters.

Memorial Service :   2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at the Dahl Funeral Home, East Grand Forks, MN.

Visitation : 1 hour before services at the Chapel.
