Christopher Mark Peterson, age 42 of East Grand Forks, MN passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at his home.

Christopher Peterson was born on August 12, 1978 in Edina, MN, the son of Barry Jay and Jennifer Lee (Wrede) Peterson.  Christopher grew up in St. Cloud, MN and graduated from Apollo High School.  Following his high school graduation, he earned his bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota.  Christopher was an avid student of Religious Studies and was a devout Christian.  He self-employed as an independent property manager.

Loving family members of Christopher include his son, Micaiah Peterson of East Grand Forks, MN and daughter, Katriel Peterson of Fargo, ND; his mother Jennifer Peterson of St. Cloud, MN; a sister, Bethany Peterson of Stillwater, MN and his fiancé, Stacey McKinnon of East Grand Forks, MN.

His is preceded in death by his father, Barry Peterson.

Funeral Service: 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at Thrive Community Church, 1720 S. Washington St., Grand Forks, ND

Visitation: One hour prior to funeral service on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at Thrive Community Church

Interment: 1:00 PM on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Rose Lawn Cemetery, 803 West Larpenteur Ave., Roseville, MN.
