Douglas Mondor, 63, of East Grand Forks, MN died Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at his home.

Douglas Mondor was born May 12, 1958 in Port Washington, WI the son of George and Leona (Lupien) Mondor.  He grew up and attended school in the Neche / Langdon area.  He served his country in the US Marines from 1975 – 1978.  He married Janine Metcalf in Crookston, MN on July 11, 1986.  He worked at American Crystal Sugar, Farmers Finest and LM Windpower retiring in 2009.

He is survived by his wife Janine of East Grand Forks, MN, children, Anthony (Leslie) Mondor of Eagle Bend, MN, Tia Mondor of Fertile, MN and Sarah (Joshua) Mondor of East Grand Forks, MN, 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, siblings, Randy Mondor of Fargo, ND, Deb (Dale) Benaszeski of Rengo, WI, Diane (Keith) Lindenberg of Napolean, ND, Rita Calmes of Houghton, WA, Kenneth (Janet) Mondor of Cavalier, ND, Bonnie (Dean) Christianson of Langdon, ND, Jon (Susan) Mondor of Langdon, ND, Patty (Kelly) Mondor of Walhalla, ND and Roger Mondor of Benson, MN.  He is preceded in death by his parents, niece Tanya Peterson and brother in law Scott Brown.

In Lieu of Flowers, Memorials are Preferred.

Services :  10:30 AM, Monday, February 28, 2022 at ther Dahl Funeral Home, East Grand Forks, MN.

Visitation :  1 hour before services at the Chapel.
