Ellen E. Vavrina & Eileen N. Vavrina , identical twins, were born on March 29, 1928 in East Grand Forks, Minnesota. Eileen died on March 2, 2022 at the age of 93, and Ellen died on December 13, 2023 at the age of 95. They were a gentle twin, enjoying travel and a lifetime of teaching children, in Bloomington, Minnesota. Ellen & Eileen enjoyed sewing and making blankets. They lived the remainder of their days at the Waters of Plymouth Pier in Plymouth, Minnesota.

They are survived by countless nieces & nephews, and their families; and many other relatives.

Visitation is from 10:00am - 11:30am, with a Memorial Service for Ellen & Eileen at 11:30am on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at Dahl Funeral Home, 2029 Central Ave. NW, East Grand Forks, MN, with  Interment at the Presbyterian Cemetery in Tabor.
