Manny worked on buildings at the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks schools, the addition to the hospital, his own home, two of his children's homes and their lake homes. Following his retirement, Manny helped with the Monda Honey Farms out of East Grand Forks. Manny was very talented and could build or fix anything. One of his proudest accomplishments was to help install the Beautiful Mosaic at the front altar at United Lutheran Church.
