Ervin W. Lange, 94, of Grand Forks, ND died Monday, May 2, 2022 at the Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, ND.

Ervin Lange was born July 8, 1928 in Hatton, ND the son of August and Mabel (Lenz) Lange.  He grew up in the Holmes ND and attended rural Holmes School.  He farmed many years with his father.  He married Mary Kovar Horken on September 6, 1969.  They moved to East Grand Forks where he worked for Ryan Potato Company for many years.

He is survived by step-son Robert (Margaret) Horken of East Grand Forks, MN; five grandchildren, Andrea Ingersoll, Emily Vonasek, Benjamin Horken, Tim Horken and Stephanie Ellwein; many great grandchildren; sister Evelyn Lange of Grand Forks; daughter-in-law Karol Horken; and several nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his wife Mary, parents, step-son David Horken, three sisters Agnes, Ella and Alvina, and brother Raymond.
