Evangeline "Angie" Welch , age 82 of East Grand Forks, Minnesota, passed away on September 3, 2025.

Evangeline was born on August 19, 1943 in Mohall, North Dakota. She met Lloyd Welch, and they were married on May 9, 1966 in Day, South Dakota. Angie and Lloyd lived in Enderlin, North Dakota, for a few years before moving to East Grand Forks around 1970 where they have been ever since. Angie loved to crochet, read, and watch horror movies.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gust and Merle Green.

Angie is survived by her husband, Lloyd Welch of East Grand Forks; her daughter, Charity Welch of Thief River Falls, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Joseph Wulfson of Thief River Falls, Meadow Mills of Sartell, Minnesota, and Farryn Fain of Thief River Falls; and her great-grandchildren.
