Janie M. Anderson , age 63 of East Grand Forks, died on Sunday, January 14, 2024.

Janie Marie Moen was born on June 9, 1960 to Theodore Moen and Elizabeth Smith. She graduated from East Grand Forks Senior High and lived in East Grand Forks for the majority of her life. Janie met Ronald Anderson over 31 years ago and they were married on February 3, 1997 in Crookston, Minnesota.

Janie loved to go on walks and spend time with her daughter, Tracy. She enjoyed knitting and watching the Masked Singer and football (especially the Green Bay Packers).

Janie was preceded in death by her daughter, Tracy; parents, Ted Moen and Betty Smith; and sisters, Ida Bros and Cheryl Ramos.

Janie is survived by her husband, Ron; children, Robby, Audra, Ronnie, Robbie, Rainey, and Tammy; sister, Kathy (Brian) Soar of Superior, WI; brother, Curt (Laurie) Moen of East Grand Forks; many nieces & nephews; friends, Danica, Janine, Tina, and Heather; and many other relatives & friends.

FUNERAL SERVICE is 12:00pm on Friday, January 26, 2024 at Dahl Funeral Home, 2029 Central Avenue NW, East Grand Forks, Minnesota, with VISITATION one hour prior.
