Jeff Fontaine, 37, of Grand Forks, ND died Wednesday, May 23, 2018 surrounded by his family at his home.

Jeff Leon Fontaine was born September 16, 1980 in Grand Forks, ND the son of Kenneth and Linda (Fontaine) Neumiller.  He grew up in Grand Forks graduating from Central High School in 2000.  He married Claire Heintz on June 10, 2006 in Grand Forks, ND.  He worked for JR Simplot from 2001 until his death.

He is survived by his wife Claire of Grand Forks, children, Mason and Madison both of Grand Forks, his mother and step father Dallas Nuemiller of Grand Forks, sister, Stacy (Adam) Slack of Grove City, Ohio, and brother Timothy Fontaine of Grand Forks.  He is preceded in death by his father Kenneth.

Jeff's family was his pride and joy, especially Mason and Madison. He has a smile that was so contagious. Jeff enjoyed hunting, camping, and being outdoors.

Memorial Service: 10:30 AM, Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Sharon Lutheran Church, Grand Forks, ND.

Visitation: Monday 5-7 PM with a 6:30 prayer service at Sharon Lutheran Church, Grand Forks, ND. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Altru Hospice or Pray for Gray Foundation, Fargo, ND
