Joe C. Harris, 64, of East Grand Forks, passed away Monday, January 25, 2021 at Altru Hospital of Grand Forks.

Joe Carter Harris was born June 14, 1956 in Lamesa, TX to the late Juana (Harris) Palmer and Cliff Osborne. He grew up in Texas and worked in plumbing and roofing before moving to East Grand Forks where he worked for American Crystal Sugar. Joe loved to fish.

He is survived by his fiancé Barbara Wilkerson of East Grand Forks; children Odus Quincy Maxwell of East Grand Forks, Octavia Harris of Odessa, TX and Derrick Dewayne Wilkerson of East Grand Forks; sister Jackie Osborne of East Grand Forks and uncle Odus Osborne of San Antonio, TX.
