John K. Malcolm, 66, of Mayville, ND, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2020 at the North Dakota VA Hospital from complications of COVID-19.

John Kevin Malcolm was born July 3, 1954 in Gardina, CA to the late Leonard and Margaret (Ertsgard) Malcolm. The family moved to New York where he grew up. He graduated from Barker Central High School in 1973 and immediately joined the Navy. He served his entire career with the Navy and retired in 1997.  He settled Mayville, ND where he was an avid motorcycle rider and loved his cats.

Survivors include his sister Peggy (Russell) Bowes of Lockport,NY, 1 niece, 1 nephew, and several cousins in California.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Gary.
