Judith Milne, age 78, passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 after a long battle with cancer.

Judith Marie Thompson was born to Robert & Delores (Geroux) Thompson on February 7, 1944. She grew up in Thief River Falls, Minnesota and attended Lincoln High School. Judy moved to East Grand Forks, Minnesota around 1968, where she met James L. Milne soon after. Judy & Jim were married on April 25, 1970 in East Grand Forks.

Judy was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary and enjoyed league bowling. She loved reading and was very well-read. She frequented the library many times a week. Judy loved going to movies, arts & crafts, and spending time with her family.

Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Milne; sister, Geri Bell; and brother, Stuart Thompson. She is survived by her children, Jaime Milne-Brown and Eric Hume; grandchildren, Sam Hume and Evan Hume; brother, Ken Thompson; and sister, Beverly Bealby.

Memorial Service is 11:00AM on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at Dahl Funeral Home, 2029 Central Avenue NW, East Grand Forks, Minnesota, with Visitation 1 hour prior. Inurnment to follow at Rosehill Cemetery in Fosston.
