Mary Ganyo, 95, of Grand Forks, ND died Friday, June 12, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family.

Mary Ganyo was born May 15, 1925 in Tabor, MN the daughter of George and Mary (Botko) Palya. She grew up in Tabor, MN and attended rural school there. She married Robert Ganyo on June 19, 1951 in Tabor, MN. They moved to Grand Forks in 1954 where she was a homemaker and raised her family.

She is survived by children, Randall (Peggy) Ganyo of Bismarck, ND, Roxanne (Wayne) Worden of Manvel, ND, 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, siblings, Ann Kmecik of Tabor, MN, George Palya of East Grand Forks, MN and Elsie Anderson of Grand Forks, ND. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert, grandson Michael Ganyo, sister Helen Hughes and brother Roy Palya.

Funeral Services: 2:00 PM, Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Tabor, MN.

Visitation: 1 Hour Prior to Memorial Service at the church.

Interment : Holy Trinity Lutheran cemetery, Tabor, MN.
