Pauline Paulson, age 97, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at Valley Senior Living on Columbia in Grand Forks, ND.

Pauline Hofstad was born September 2, 1927 in Grand Forks, ND to Thomas and Gunhild (Sannes) Hofstad. She grew up and attended school in Grand Forks. On November 15, 1945 Pauline married Hardean LeRoy Paulson in Crookston, MN. They enjoyed over 40 years of marriage. Pauline worked at Nash Finch-Viking School, Lake Agassiz School and the ND School for the Blind. She was a Foster Grandma for over 30 years.

Pauline is survived by son Richard Paulson of Oxford, England; one step-grandchild and three step-greatgrandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Hardean Paulson, parents Thomas and Gunhild Hofstad, and all of her siblings, Rosella, Gunda and Halvor Hofstad and Margaret Fladeland.

FUNERAL: Honoring Pauline's request, there will not be any services

INURNMENT: She will be laid to rest at Memorial Park Cemetery, Grand Forks with her beloved husband Hardean in the Spring
