Robert "Fuzz" Foster, age 85, of East Grand Forks passed away Thursday, July 25, 2019 at home surrounded by his family.

Robert Donald Foster was born April 10, 1934 in Grand Forks, ND, the son of Robert and Pearl (McNaughten) Foster. Robert lived most of his life in East Grand Forks and attended Sacred Heart Catholic School. He was united in marriage to Phyllis Johnson on September 19, 1954. Together they raised four children. He was employed by Piggly Wiggly and later retired from the Minnesota Grain Pearling.

He is survived by children, Debbie (Gerald) Hornick of Glen Burnie, MD, Daniel "Mark"(Faye) Foster of West Fargo, ND and Dawn Marie Dill of East Grand Forks, MN; 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Phyllis Foster in 2008; son Donald "Donnie" Foster in 2018 and 3 brothers and 1 sister.

Mass of Christian Burial: 10:00 AM on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 in St. Michael's Catholic Church, Grand Forks, ND

Visitation: 5:00 to 7:00 with a 7:00 PM Prayer Service on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 in Dahl Funeral Home, 2029 Central Ave. NW, East Grand Forks, MN.

Interment: Resurrection Cemetery, East Grand Forks, MN
