Robert "Bob" F. Kringlen, age 89 of Grand Forks, ND passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021 at his home with his family by his side.

Robert Fredrick Kringlen was born on June 8, 1932 in Hatton, ND the son of John and Anne (Johnson) Kringlen.  Bob grew up in Hatton, ND and worked on the family farm.  On September 20, 1953 he was united in marriage to Delores Bye.  Bob drove truck for Mayville elevator and managed area elevators in Portland Junction, Finley, Churches Ferry, McIntosh, MN and Larimore.

Family members who survive Bob include his wife Delores of 67 years; children, Susan (Keith) Kakela of Devils Lake, ND, Clyde (Paulette) Kringlen of McIntosh, MN and Kimberly Bjerke of McIntosh, MN; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his parents; 5 sisters and 5 brothers.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Hospice of the Red River Valley, Bethany Cemetery of Hatton, ND or Sharon Lutheran Church.

Visitation: 5:00 to 7:00 with a 7:00 PM Prayer Service on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 in Dahl Funeral Home, 2029 Central Ave. NW, East Grand Forks, MN and also 1 hour prior to Memorial Service Thursday at Sharon Lutheran Church.

Interment: Bethany Cemetery ~ Hatton, ND
