Santiago Lopez Born March 7th,1943 in San. Antonio Texas passed on Saturday July 21, 2018. He grew up in East Grand Forks and spent 60 years at the East Grand Forks group home due to Muscular Dystrophy. His parents were Eusebio Paul Hernandez and Viviana Garza Hernandez. He is survived and loved by 3 Siblings Reyna Avila Burnsville MN his primary Gardian, Jane Storslee  Bemiji MN, Manerva Hernandez Buffalo New York, and extended family,  deceased brothers Robert Lopez San Diego CA, Manuel Hernandez, East Grand Forks. We are Grateful for all the caregivers that were there to take care of him throughout his life.
